From the moment you or your guests land at the airport (and for the whole of the stay ) we offer a complete range of services designed to make the villa holiday outstanding and relaxing.

A clean property with fresh laundry, properly and carefully presented, is a prerequisite to any stay in a holiday home and it is absolutely critical to the long term success if you want to offer your property for rental! We call these Changeover Services.
 
         These can all be booked on line using your user ID and login!

Villa Cleaning

We offer the following cleans using a proven, reliable, and trustworthy team. We also personally inspect the work of our cleaners and ensure that the highest standards are met.

Changeover Clean: This is our standard clean and involves a thorough clean of the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge and dining areas, and balconies and terraces. All windows, floors, tiled areas are covered.
 
Builders Clean: New properties can be left very dirty and dusty by the builders.  Workmen here are generally untidy, messy workers and rarely tidy up after completing a task! Also if your property has been cleaned after "completion" it is highly possible that it will still need a thorough and deep clean. Other than the usual cleaning which you would expect we will spend much more time cleaning tiled areas of the bathroom, kitchen, and living areas. These generally have a significant amount of paint, or tile grout left on them.

Spring Clean: Following the winter, even though your property will have been ventilated, it will need a thorough spring clean. We will thoroughly clean the whole property, including kitchen appliances, cupboards and bathroom areas which can deteriorate over the winter months. Dust and dead insects often accumulate during ‘closed’ periods and it is very probable that you will need even clean bed linen freshly laundered before your first stay of the season.

Welcome Packs

A pack of essential items can be waiting for you, or your clients, upon arrival. The standard pack consists of Bread (2 fresh loaves), Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Butter, Cheese, Water, Juice, Eggs (6), Fruit, Jam, Beer (6) and a bottle of wine. You can of course customise the packs to your own individual requirements. Just let us know what you need.

For that special occasion we can organise some flowers.

We will arrange for you or your guests to be picked up from the Airport and chauffeur driven to your holiday home. One way transfers from Bodrum Airport to Bodrum start at €45.  A surcharge is added to these costs if your flight arrives and departs during ‘unsociable’ hours – please enquire re amount.

We can arrange for a rental car, with a reputable company, for you or your guests with full insurance cover It can be delivered to the airport ready for your arrival or waiting for you at your accommodation.

Check-in/Check-out

Upon your guests arrival we organise entry to their accommodation.  On departure, we will inspect the property, carry out an inventory check and lock-up.
