The Bashyam Family: Villa PV440 September 2008
'We just returned from a fabulous holiday in 'elegant villa' ,which had awesome views .....and enjoys a panoramic almost 360 degree view from the roof top. Most of the rooms have a view including the ensuite master bathroom!
We were also very touched by the gesture of the owners, who had left everything from, little sachets of coffee powder to washing powder to see us through our initial days. We also had ample supply of towels and hot water and truly it was a 'home from home'.
We also had to add ,that the most reassuring part of having this villa was the service offered by Annie and Ian ,unlike most agencies which lacked the personal touch, they were there from the beginning to the end - ,so much so .they were there at 7.30 am in the morning directing us to the villa, and throughout our stay, to deal with any problems we had -a service second to none, We were thoroughly impressed!
We have already recommended this villa and Peninsula villa care ,- to several of our friends and I'm returning next year with a group of girl friends.!

As for you [Annie] and Ian, you were really helpful and it was really kind of you to organise a shop for us when we arrived and it was great to know that we had someone on the end of a phone who could help us if we needed it. When we first mooted the idea of the holiday we were looking at renting direct from an owner and I am so glad we decided not to in the end - your service was excellent. "

The villa was everything that you said it would be and more - peaceful, well equipped, well situated - indeed a little piece of heaven on the Bodrum Peninsula. You understood our requirements to the "T" and came up with the perfect place.
We have been to Turkey many times over the last twenty years or so and have previously always steered clear of the peninsula believing it to be commercial and not what we were looking for in a holiday, how wrong we were. Once you get away from Bodrum itself we rediscovered the true Turkey, the one with beautiful scenery, amazing history and friendly people - the Turkey that we found all those years ago.
We will certainly recommend you to our friends. Your service, helpfulness and attention to detail are probably the best we have come across for several years.

Our dealings with you were superb, very professional but also friendly and reassuring - e.g. organising car hire at 1am was no problem - neither was changing it when the plane was delayed 6 hours ! And all the 'dumb' questions I asked were dealt with quickly and helpfully.
Annie, Ian, we had a lovely time, thank you so much for your attention to detail and friendly professionalism. I do hope we get back to Turkey in the future. If we do we'll certainly stay at one of yours ! "
