Konacik is approx 2km from Bodrum centre and 20mins drive from Bodrum Milas airport.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unfurnished villa for annual rental screams quality!  From the moment you walk onto the small development built amongst the Konacik hills, you instantly see a new, but well maintained site.  The grand Arabic looking villas have been built around a large pool and sun terrace, with excellent stone work used for the communal areas, steps and paving.

The Garden House, as the owners call it, is situated at the end of the development and therefore has more privacy than some of the others.  It has a large terrace to the front and is very private.  The gardens and terrace directly ın front of and around the villa are solely for the use of its residents. From the entrance door there is fitted cupboard space to the rıght and a shower room on the left.  Walk from here and turn right into the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.  The kitchen units are of good quality and the owners will provide all kitchen white goods once a rental contract has been signed.

Between the kitchen and lounge are doors which lead to the large terrace overlooking the gardens.  Come back inside again to the lounge area which has a fireplace to heat the villa during the cooler months and air conditioning, to cool it during the hot summer months!

At this level, there is a good sized double bedroom and upstairs, another bedroom of similar size with a Juliet style balcony at the front.  A bathroom, complete with bath, is also on this floor.

The pool area is superb and has plent of bathing space both sunny and shaded around its terrace.  During the summer months, there is a pool bar serving light refreshments.

The site has 24 hour security and full garden and pool maintenance, costs of these are included in the monthly rental price.
