Konacik is approx 2km from Bodrum centre and 20mins drive from Bodrum Milas airport.

This 2 bedroom,2 bathroom furnished villa for annual rent screams quality!  From the moment you walk onto the small development built amongst the Konacik hills (on the outskirts of Bodrum), you see a new prestigious well maintained site.  The grand Arabic looking villas have been built around a large pool with sun terrace, changing rooms and pool bar. Excellent stone work has been used for communal areas, steps and paving.

From the entrance door there is fitted cupboard space to the right and shower room on the left.  Turn right from here into the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.  The kitchen units are of excellent quaility and fitted white goods include hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.  Both the kitchen and lounge lead on to balconies overlooking the hills with a planned botanical garden.  The lounge area  has a handmade stone fireplace to heat the villa during the cooler months and air conditioning units in the lounge and both bedrooms to cool it during the summer months.
