3kms outside of Yalikavak centre. 50 mins drive from Bodrum Airport. 30 mins to Bodrum Centre.

One of four villas with private pools built on a development of 25 properties on a hillside overlooking Yalikavak - expect magnificent views and stunning sunsets.  Completed in 2007, this holiday villa is new for the 2008 rental season and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and spacious living areas.

Each villa has three spacious floors of living, each boasting panoramic sea views. Each villa has three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, two en-suite, an abundance of terrace space and a private swimming pool option.

ACCOMMODATION
Lounge/living room/dining area - open plan style.  The lounge/living room has seating for 6, coffee table, fire place, freeview satellite and TV (with some English channels), DVD player and Hi Fi unit.  The internal dining area again has seating for 6.

The kitchen area is tiled with quality mosaic tiles and fitted with a range of quality wall cupboards and base units housing the oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.   A microwave and kettle etc plus everything you require for a self-catering holiday is provided in the cupboards.

BEDROOMS - 3
Bedroom  1 (Master - top floor) - the master bedroom is a self-contained suite occupying the top floor of the villa.  It has a luxury en-suite bathroom, double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dresser/drawers, lamps. This room has full sea views.
There is a door from the landing leading to a huge, sunny roof terrace.
Bedroom 2 (ground floor level) - double bed, wardobes, drawer units and bedside cabinets, lamps etc.  En-suite bathroom.  Opens up onto the pool and garden terrace area. Fabulous views.
Bedroom 3 - as above but has twin beds and does not have an en-suite shower room.  Again opens onto the pool and garden terrace. Fabulous views.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and sea views.

BATHROOMS - 3.5
En-suite to bedroom 1.  Bath with shower, WC and wash basin.
En-suite to bedroom 2.  Bath, with shoer, WC and wash basin.
Family Bathroom (ground floor level). Shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Cloakroom - at entrance level.  With WC and wash basin.

Other - hairdryer, outside table, chairs, sun loungers.

Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided.  A washing machine is provided for guest's use and can be found in the utility area below the lower stairs..  The villa will be cleaned on arrival and departure.  Should you wish a mid-week, or weekly clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs.  Beach towels are not provided.

OUTSIDE
There are three sea-facing terraces at ground, first and second floor level.  At garden level, is a sea-facing patio leading out to the private pool and gardens.  Here you will find garden chairs and sun loungers. 

Sliding doors open from the lounge and dining area onto a large terrace, covered in parts, which has a built in BBQ for al fresco dining.  Outside dining furniture has been positioned here to enable you to dine and take in the breathtaking views.  At 2nd floor level, another uncovered, sea-facing sun terrace.  A car parking space is available at the front (rear) of the villa.

Pools - the villa has its own private pool.  However, there is also a large shared infinity pool a couple of levels below.  Guests of the villa are free to use this as well as the villa's own private pool.  Sun loungers and built in BBQs are provided at the side of the communal pool.

This villa is property managed by Peninsula Villa Care.

Shop/Bakal - there is a small mini-market, shop (Bakal in Turkish) a short distance away to the lower level entrance of the site the villa is built on.

Each Thursday, Yalikavak hosts a large vendor's market with a range of fruit, vegetables, olives, cheeses, herbs and spices for sale on one side of the road and clothing, souvenirs etc on the other.  Worth a visit as its a very colourful sight.

Banks/supermarkets/petrol stations etc
Yalikavak (the nearest town/village) is a 5 minute drive away.  Here you will find several banks, Garanti & Finansbank are two good ones, these have ATMs.  Large supermarkets, Carrefour, Migros and Tansas can also be found on the outskirts of Yalikavak, whereas just outside Bodrum (Ortakent area) there is a very large Kipa (Tesco) and next door, Metro (Makro) cash and carry - visitors can apply for a day pass for the latter.
Local shops (mini markets or Bakals as they are known in Turkey) can be found almost everywhere and are open late at nights.
Petrol stations - again in Yalikavak near the large supermarkets above or on the main road out of Yalikavak to Bodrum.
