10 minutes walk to Yalikavak shops, bars, restaurants & marina. Close to dolmus route. 30 mins drive to Bodrum centre. 50 minutes drive to Bodrum Milas Airport.

Walking through the well maintained and colourful garden brings you to the villa entrance from which you step directly into the large open plan kitchen/lounge area. This room is very spacious. The lounge has a corner sofa, fireplace and TV with satellite system and DVD player. French doors open onto the balcony which overlooks the gardens and communal pool and sunbathing terrace.

For keeping in touch with the 'real world' the villa has wireless internet access and a telephone.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar and all the facilities needed for a perfect self catering holiday including a oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Also on this level is a shower room with WC and washbasin.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms;

Bedroom 1 - the master, is well laid out with a double bed, ensuite bathroom and has a balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and balcony.

Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room suitable for children.
