Approx 3kms outside Yalikavak 30 mins walk into Yalikavak, 5 mins drive. 50mins from Bodrum airport. 30 mins drive to Bodrum centre. 10 mins to Gumusluk.

One of 25 new properties built to luxury standards by English developers.  The development has a mixture of villas, apartments and duplex properties built on a prestigious site on a hillside just on the outskirts of Yalikavak.  Completed in 2007, this property is newly available for the 2008 rental season.

ACCOMMODATION
The semi-detached villa is laid out on two floors, the lower ground floor has all three bedrooms and entrance floor level has the living/dining/kitchen space.  Above the villa, is a separate penthouse apartment.

The development is built on quite a steep hill, hence the breathtaking views.  Becasue of this, access to the villa could be difficult for the elderly or people with walking disabilities. However, the villa is close to the pool and a few steps have been constructed for easy access down to the pool area.

Lounge/kitchen/diner  - open plan.  Furnished and fitted to high standard.  TV, DVD player in the lounge area and dining furniture.  The Kitchen is new, therefore modern in design, fully functional and has all the appliances and utensils required for a self catering holiday.

Bedrooms - all bedrooms are at ground floor level

Cleaning & Laundry
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.  The villa will also be cleaned on arrival and departure.  A washing machine is available for guest's use. Should you wish a mid-week clean or weekly clean during your stay, this can be arranged at an extra charge for guests - please contact us for further info on cleaning & laundry charges.  Beach towels are not provided.

Air Conditioning
For maximum comfort during the summer months, air conditioning is fitted in all bedrooms and the lounge area.

Outside
The villa has a large balcony at lounge level, accessed by double doors from the lounge and dining area.  From here there are probably some of the best views to Yalikavak and the Aegean.  There are private gardens at the lower level, again with sun terraces outside each sea-facing bedroom.
Pool - a huge sunbathing terrace surrounds the fabulous infinity (shared) pool.  Some sun loungers are provided for guest's use.  The pool has been carefully designed to maximise the view and looks as though it blends into the Aegean.  At the rear of the pool, built in BBQs are available for all residents and guests.
