Yalikavak centre 2kms Gundogan centre and beach 2kms. 1 min walk to large supermarkets. On dolmus (minibus route) for Bodrum and Yalikavak.

Stylish and compact one bedroom, ground floor holiday apartment for rent in the Gokcebel area of Yalikavak.  Ideally located between Yalikavak and Gundogan giving holidaymakers a choice of beach side venue. 

The apartment is one of 14 buildings on this small development with mature gardens and large shared pool.  13 of the buildings are villas and this apartment is one of just two apartments.  Large supermarkets and shops are very close by.  The Dolmus stop (local transport) is virtually on your door step, making it easy to travel around the Bodrum Peninsula.

Surprisingly spacious, the apartment itself has been furnished and decorated in modern colours, creating a 'trendy', spacious and bright living area which is just perfect for a couple, single person or small family.

ACCOMMODATION
There are two entrances, either by a gated outer door into the front door, or via the patio doors.
Lounge/kitchen/diner - open plan style. 
The lounge area has comfy sofas, coffee table, side tables and lamps, TV for playing DVDs, CD player. A/C unit.
The sofa in this room pulls out to form a double bed.

The kitchen/diner area is fully equipped with cooker, oven, hob,kettle, toaster, juicer, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table and chairs to seat 4, plus all crockery, cutlery, glasses etc necessary for a self-catering holiday.

BEDROOM
Large double bed, wardrobes (hanging and drawer space), bedside tables, lamps. A/C unit.

BATHROOM
Again, surprisingly spacious fitted with bath (with shower over), wash basin and WC.

Other - table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers etc are stored in the entrance area to the apartment.

Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided.  The apartment also has a washing machine for your use.  The apartment will be cleaned on arrival and departure.  Should you wish a mid-week, or weekly clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs.  Beach towels are not provided.

OUTSIDE
Although a car is not essential for this apartment, there is an off-road parking space directly in front of the building.  The patio leads onto the gardens around the apartment building which, because of its situation on the small development, is very private. 

A short walk behind the apartment and around the side of one of the villas, takes you to the large shared swimming pool which also has a child's pool and plenty of sun deck bathing space for loungers.  Well kept communal gardens surround the pool, villas and apartments.

Should you wish to go into Yalikavak for the shops, restaurants, Marina, beach etc, it is 5 mins drive in one direction, whereas Gundogan, with its long sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants, is 5 mins drive in the other.

Banks/supermarkets/petrol stations etc
Yalikavak (the nearest town/village) is a 5 minute drive from Gokcebel.  Here you will find several banks, Garanti & Finansbank are two good ones, these have ATMs.  Tansas supermarket is very near this apartment.  Large supermarkets, Carrefour, Migros and Tansas can also be found between Gokcebel and Yalikavak, whereas on the outskirts of Bodrum (Ortakent area) there is a very large Kipa (Tesco) and next door, Metro (Makro) cash and carry - visitors can apply for a day pass for the latter.
Local shops (mini markets or Bakals as they are known as in Turkey) can be found almost everywhere and are open late at nights.
Petrol stations - again in Yalikavak near the large supermarkets above or on the main road out of Yalikaval to Bodrum.
