9km from Bodrum town centre, 20mins from Bodrum airport. Next village along the coast, Turkbuku, a 10 minute drive away.

Fabulous boutique style holiday villa for rent in Torba, Bodrum Peninsula, Turkey.  With its private pool, views of the turquoise blue Aegean coast and large roof top sun bathing deck, this villa is just pefect for your Turkish holiday.

The villa is owned by the same English owners as villa PV436 in Yalikavak - both villas have been furnished with taste and comfort in mind.  The extremely spacious living area boast a huge lounge, separate dining area, kitchen and evening al fresco dining and barbecue terrace.  Of course, it has views to Torba village and the fabulous coastline - you may even recognise the local UK TV celebrity in his villa below!  The pretty gardens and pool deck area outside, complement the interior.

Like its sister villa in Yalikavak, this Torba villa is located in a quiet, residential area, just a few minutes walk to the quaint fishing village of Torba where there's a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. 

The villa really is a home away from home and has been furnished to the highest standards by its owners - on entering you are greeted with a modern, light, bright and calming sight.  Luxury and quality is the theme throughout and its true that holidaymakers visiting either villa return for more each year. When you tear yourself away from the interior, you have four outside sunning/shady areas to choose from: the pool deck and garden (which is so romantic for those staying in the double room at pool level as sliding doors open onto this area just a few steps away), the living room terrace and BBQ area, the smaller terrace off the dining room and the roof terrace with its sun loungers and spectacular views.

Air conditioning has been fitted throughout the villa to cool it during the hot summer months and heat it during the cooler months.

Kitchen: The kitchen is modern in design and as well as being an attractive feature of the villa, it is fully functional containing all the essentials that one could need.

Living Rooms: The first floor is a vast open plan entertainment area, which includes the lounge, dining room, kitchen & balconies, all over looking the bay of Torba. It has been interior designed to echo the modern 'loft' style of living with leather, glass & wood furnishings.

Other: The master bedroom is expansive, with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in dressing area. The patio doors open out onto the swimming pool, ideal for that early morning or late night dip!

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:  Fresh linen & bathroom towels are provided weekly & the villa has a weekly cleaning service.

Outside
There are four main outside areas of the villa to relax in:-
1) The roof terrace is vast and has six sun loungers.
2) By the poolside are two teak steamers and a teak table with chairs and an umbrella.
3) The terrace off of the living room has a comfortable rattan table, two settees and two single chairs.
4) The terrace off of the dining room has a further table and chairs.
The private swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres, with lights for nightime bathing.
The stone built-in barbeque is on the main balcony over looking the pool.

Coast/Beach
The coast can be seen from most rooms in the villa but if you want to stretch your legs and actually feel the sand beneath your feet the closest beach is in Torba which is a mere 5 mins gentle walk away.  If its nightlife you want, then why not hop on a dolmus (local mini bus) and party the night away at sophisticated Bodrum Marina Yacht Club, its just 5km away.

Golf
Your nearest golf course is a 20 minute drive away.  Whilst the new 5 hole Bodrum golf course is between Ortalent and Yalikavak, 25 minutes drive through Bodrum.

Travel
Bodrum Milas International airport is 20 minutes away from the villa and is approximately £40 each way for the transfer by taxi.  Once in the villa a car is not necessarily required to get around the area, but for those who want to sightsee, car hire or private driver for the day can be arranged.

Alternatively airport transfers from the airport and sight seeing tours can be organised

Distances
Torba - has a warm restaurant, cafe and bar culture.  For those looking for  water sports, these can be found down at the beach a 10 minute walk from the villa. Due to the positioning of the villa you have all of the convenience of Torba but in the peace and quiet surroundings of the villa.

Bodrum is a historical mecca with innumerate points of interest to explore and enjoy. In addition it houses vast shopping bazaars, Turkish baths and entertainment delights, well worth a trip!
