Villa and pool 

 

Situated on a peaceful countryside plot just on the outskirts of Bodrum, this large beautiful Villa makes an ideal choice for families and sports enthusiasts. The location is perfect for those wishing a central position to the many charms of the Bodrum Peninsula, with the setting framed by farmland and a quiet, natural view out on a small olive grove and hills beyond.

ACCOMMODATION
The luxury living accommodation downstairs is large, spacious, light and airy and consists of a sizeable fully fitted kitchen with a range of hand made solid wood base and cupboard units and large breakfast bar.  This leads to a family room with TV, lounge seating and views to the garden.  One of two dining areas with table and chairs is between the kitchen and larger family lounge.  Again, this lounge has a TV (Digiturk satellite system fitted, DVD and CD player, lots of comfy sofas and chairs as you would expect in a real home.  This lounge leads to the second dining area, which is an outdoor dining porch, screened in so you can dine al fresco without being a target for any flying friends!  This  dining 'porch' looks out over the gardens and pool. The BBQ is on the terrace just outside the dining area.

BEDROOMS - 4
Bedroom  1 (ground floor) - double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dresser/drawers, lamps. There is a shower room next door to this room.
Bedroom 2 (master suite upstairs) - double bed, wardrobes, drawer units and bedside cabinets, lamps etc.  The En-suite bathroom has twin table top sinks, a bath and a large separate shower.  It is reached via the walk through dressing room. 
Doors from the bedroom open up onto the pool and garden terrace area where there is seating to take in the fabulous views. 
Bedroom 3 - (pink room, upstairs) has twin beds and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4 - (blue room, upstairs) has a double bed and child size single bed, plus en-suite shower room.

The three upstairs bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. The two other upstairs bedrooms are ideal for children of any age! There is plenty of room for a travel cot in any one of the upstairs rooms.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

BATHROOMS - 4
At ground floor level - serves bedroom one and the living area.  Shower, WC and wash basin.
En-suite to master bedroom 2.  As described above.
En-suite to bedroom 3. Shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
En-suite to bedroom 4.  With shower, WC and wash basin.

Other - hairdryer, outside table, chairs, sun loungers.

Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided. 
On the upper level can also be found a separate laundry room with sink, washer and dryer and ironing facilities.

The villa will be cleaned on arrival and departure.  A daily maid service is included in the rental price.  Beach towels are not provided.

OUTSIDE
The gardens are magnificent and beautifully maintained, you will be spoiled for choice when it comes to outside activities.

A few steps from the private pool is a Beach Volleyball court and a large grass lawn that lends itself to activities such as football or a sunset game of croquet. In the backyard you will find the organic vegetable gardens as well as the badminton and half basketball court. The lower front orchard is a maturing collection of fruit trees

A gardener and pool man will also visit three times per week.

POOL
The huge private pool has in-pool seating, massage jets, and at one end, a poolside pergola to escape the mid day sun. Lots of space around for lounging and sun bathing.  It also has a warm water shower for washing down after your swim.

Shop/Bakal - there are some small mini-markets, shop (Bakal in Turkish) a short distance away and the larger supermarket, Kipa (which is Tesco) less than 3 mins by car.
