Smart and stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Tilkicik area of Yalikavak, Bodrum Peninsula. The apartment is in a lovely location, 5 mins drive away from the centre of Yalikavak itself.

ACCOMMODATION
The open plan living accommodation is smart and spacious, light and bright which has a living/TV area, interior dining area and kitchen.  The whole of the sea-facing frontage has glass sliding windows showing the magnificent views across the gardens and pools to the sea beyond.  It is child safe, as there are railings against the glass.

The lounge area has a 2 seater and 3 seater comfy sofas, coffee table, TV and DVD player and those all important views, an inside dining table and chairs seating 4 people and fully fitted, well equipped kitchen.  This is a self catering villa with everything you need inside the cupboards and drawers.

From the lounge area, there is another door leading to the covered balcony, where you can take in the views and dine alfresco at nights - wooden garden furniture, chairs and a BBQ are on this balcony.  The pool and gardens are below.

BEDROOMS - 2
Back inside, the double bedroom at the front, opens onto the balcony and has sea views.  Plenty of drawer and cupboard space here.  Across the hallway is another good sized bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. 

BATHROOM - 1
Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Other - hairdryer, outside table, chairs, sun loungers.

Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided.  A washing machine is provided for guest's use and can be found in the kitchen area.  The apartment will be cleaned on arrival and departure.  Should you wish a mid-week, or weekly clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs.  Beach towels are not provided.

Pool and Gardens - the apartment has a large pool shared with the other apartments on the development, but never busy or crowded!  Sun loungers are provided, the apartment has two and there are several around the pool.  The gardens are some of the best maintained we have seen and have colouful and fragrant plants and shrubs surrounding the lawn and pool.

Shop/Bakal - there is a small mini-market, shop (Bakal in Turkish) a short distance away for last minute shopping.

Each Thursday, Yalikavak hosts a large vendor's market with a range of fruit, vegetables, olives, cheeses, herbs and spices for sale on one side of the road and clothing, souvenirs etc on the other.  Worth a visit as its a very colourful sight.

Transport
Outside the entrance to the apartments is a taxi rank and the Dolmus (local minibus service) also runs along this road.

For those who wish to walk into town, then its a 20 minute walk.  Although you may wish to hire a car, the transport links for this apartment are right outside your door.

There are quite a few steps from the entrance leading up to the villa, this should be considered and therefore may not be suitable for the elderly or people with walking difficulties.
