Kucukbuk area of Gundogan. 5 mins walk to shops, bars and restaurants of Kucukbuk. 15 mins walk to Gundogan bay,3 min drive to beach, shops, restaurants in Gundogan. Yalikavak 10 minutes drive. Bodrum Town 20 minutes drive. Bodrum Airport 40-45 mins drive.

The villa is on an exclusive development only 5 minutes walk to the small sandy beach of Kucukbuk bay, Gundogan.   The development new, well maintained and has 24 hour attendance. There is also free Wi-Fi internet access.

The accommodation is stylishly furnished and the layout is as follows:

Ground Floor:
Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: This is a spacious open-plan area with kitchen, dining room and lounge areas.  The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer.  The lounge opens with full width folding patio doors leading to a large private patio and garden (sea view). Inside the lounge area, there is a comfy sofa, side chair, coffee table, wall mounted LCD TV and has a DVD is fitted. To the other end is a table and chairs for 6 people.  At the lounge end, the bank of doors open up onto the al-fresco dining terrace, again table and chairs with seating for 6.
The room is also air conditioned.

Back across the ground floor entrance door is a large understairs storage cupboard.  On this same level is
Bedroom 3 (double):  with large double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes and sea views.  Air conditioning fitted.

Up a flight of stairs to the:
Entrance Floor:
An impressive entrance door with a floating modern portico above.  From this front door are a range of fitted cupboards to the right and directly in front a cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

First Floor:
Half a flight up, the stairs leads from the hallway to two further bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Master bedroom (double):  This has an en-suite shower room and private balcony with full width patio giving great views to the Aegean sea and garden. The en-suite is spacious and fully tiled with quality sanitary and shower fittings.  Built in wardrobes and air conditioning  is fitted.

Second Bedroom (twin): A twin bedroom with sea views and built in wardrobes.  Air conditioning is fitted.

Garden:
From the lounge is a full width terrace which is covered and shaded. There is good quality garden furniture for dining out on the terrace in the large private garden.  Sun loungers for the garden are also available.

Pool Area:
Down the steps leading to the villa and a further couple of minutes walk is a very large shared pool with attached separate child's pool. The pool is surrounded by teak covered decking with loungers, parasols, poolside bar, showers and WCs.
Beach - is a 5 minute walk away and has a handful of restaurants etc, small shops dotted along the sea front.
