Yahsi is 40km from Bodrum Airport, and 9km from Bodrum centre. The closest beach Yahsi is 2 km way.

The villa, built of local stone, is tastefully decorated, with wooden furniture. This villa's unique style has been featured in several home décor magazines in Turkey, including Architectural Digest.

The villa is decorated with lots of colourful rugs and kilims, unusual wall hangings and lamps. There are many interesting features throughout the house including a striking carved wooden door from the Black Sea coast topped with glass which serves as a dining table. The spacious interiors, a mix of traditional stonewalls, lovely tiled floors and wooden ceilings can offer a cool and relaxing retreat on a hot day. Villa Yahsi stands within its own walled grounds.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen/Diner/Lounges:  There is a split level open plan lounge with TV, CD player, dining and kitchen area with oven, 4 ring hob, dishwater, washing machine.

There are two lounge areas. There is a a large lounge area with L shaped seating area in Turkish style adjacent to the dining area. This is informal and relaxing and can also double up as a bed for an adult or even a couple of children. Step down a level and there is another lounge area with lounge chairs which has a much more formal feel to it.

WC/Shower Room: Near vthe entrance is a shower room and toilet which is also equiped with the washing machine.

Kitchen Terrace: Just outside the kitchen is shady area with table and chairs. I deal for a relaxing breakfast or lunch away from the sun! Very tranquil...

From the galleried landing the villa opens out to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR
Master Bedroom: A large Double bedroom with beautiful furnishings and antiques - very romantic! Fully air conditioned and with a large en suite with shower/bath.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom has a queen size double bed, cupboards and drawers etc.  As with all bedrooms it is fitted with an air conditioning unit

The poolside sun terraces are surrounded by potted plants, mature trees, and trailing Jasmine which provide a great spot for barbecues and al fresco dining.

There is lots of space around the pool for loungers and tables and chairs, and there are some lovely secluded gardens.

BEACHES
You can visit the closest beach Ortakent either by foot (25 minutes) or by car (5). If you prefer to drive, there are many more nice and awarded beaches around. Make sure to visit Bitez, Gumusluk, Yalikavak, Torba, Yaliciftlik, Inland Village

SHOPS & RESTAURANTS
Local restaurants are only 200m away, and there is a wide selection on Yahsi beach 2km away. There is  a "Bakal" or mini market only a 100-200m away and the nearest shopping area is 2km and a large Kipa (Tesco in UK) is 3km.

The Villa must be vacated by 10am to allow cleaning for the next Guests.
