Villa is located on the fringes of Yalikavak, on a private raod off the main Yalikavak/Bodrum Road. It is about a 10 minutes drive to Yalikavak town centre. Beaches are within 15 minutes drive.

This fantastic villa - one of a kind - is located on the hills above Yalikavak. It is sited on a large private plot (8,000 m2). The villa offers complete privacy, amazing views and a flexible layout to accommodate 10 people with style, and comfort. Each bedroom has its own en-suite and some have large private balconies/terraces.

MAIN HOUSE
Entrance Floor:
Main Living Area: The entrance floor level is open plan style with a spacious living area with fire place, dining area and set back from the main area is a fully equiped kitchen to professionla standards. The living area opens to the terrace with view and the pool area.
Games /TV Room: On the entrance floor is a second living room designed as games room with TV and fire place as well.

First Floor:
Master Bedroom (double): Aa large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with separate bath and show. This bedroom is extremely spacious and opens on to a large covered terrace set out with Ottaman style furnishings. As usual with this house the views from all aspects of the room and terrace are truely amazing. 

Bedroom 2 (double): This bedroom leads of the upstairs hall way and features a second double bed with ensuite shower room.

Ground Floor:
On the ground floor is a large spaciour area set out for a games room with table tennis table. 
Utility Room: A large untility room with washing and ironing facilities.

GUEST HOUSE
Over a porch to the side of the main house is another stone built house which acts as a guest house.

Ist Floor: reached by wooden stairs from lounge area.

OUTSIDE
Gardens: The gardens are set out beautifully with lush planting and mature trees making for a very relaxing ambiance. There are alls osort of areas of the garden where guests can find their own space and relax.#
Pool: The large pool is set down from teh front of the huse surrounded by a alrge pool deck with lots of room for loungers, chairs etc for relaxing. The infinity pool is unusually long and allows for some real laps of swimming if you so choose!

GUEST SERVICES
Breakfast preparation and basic house keeping included and provided for by a maid who lives close.
