The villa's itself is a tastefully furnished 'home from home'.  Decorated in a modern, contemporary style, the whole property inside and out has been finished to high specification with quality fixtures and fittings.  As well as air-conditioning in all rooms, there is an underfloor heating system which enables the house to be heated during the winter months.

ACCOMMODATION
The lounge, kitchen and dining area (with A/C) is open plan, creating a light and airy living space.  At one end is a high specification fully fitted kitchen with mirrored splash backs, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee (bean) maker, wine cooler etc quality base and cupboard units housing all the necessary equipment for a luxury self-catering holiday.

The dining/lounge/living area leads from the kitchen and is furnished with pastel coloured modern furniture.  Tasteful artwork is displayed on the walls, all of which have been painted by the owner! 

The lounge area has comfy sofas, chairs, coffee table, wall display units and lamps, flat screen TV with Turkish 'freeview' satellite system (some English channels), DVD player (region free) and Hi Fi unit.  There is an interior dining area breakfast bar with bar type stools for 2.  However, the beauty of this villa is the outside dining space which has been designed for al fresco dining, living and socialising.

BEDROOMS - 3 All with A/C and electronic safe box
Bedroom  1 (Master) - the master bedroom has wall to wall patio doors providing magnificent sea views.  The doors open onto a huge balcony which spans the width of the villa. This room has a large double bed, bedside tables, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower. 

Bedroom 2 - at first floor level and has double bed, wardrobes, drawer units, bedside cabinets, lamps etc.  Patio doors lead to the balcony. Sea views.

Bedroom 3 - at entrance floor level and with double bed, wardrobes, drawer units, bedside cabinets, lamps etc. Sea views.

BATHROOMS - 3.
En-suite to bedroom 1.  Jacuzzi bath with shower, WC and wash basin.
Bathroom 2. Shower, WC and wash basin, upper floor, serves bedroom 2.
Family Bathroom.  With shower, WC and wash basin at entrance level and just outside bedroom 3.

Other - hairdryer, exterior 'lounge' style sofa and chairs, sun loungers, BBQ.

Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided.  A washing machine and tumble drier are provided for guest's use (also an iron and ironing board) and can be found in the wardrobe at the entrance level.  The villa will be cleaned on arrival and departure.  Included in the price for two week stays is a mid-term mini clean ie change of bed linen, quick clean of bathrooms, kitchen and general tidy up.  Should you wish further regular cleans during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs.  Beach/pool towels are also provided.

OUTSIDE
The beauty of this villa is the outside space which has been designed for al fresco dining, living and socialising.  Under the covered terrace area the owners have built a large solid granite table and bench style seating which can take up to 8.  At night time, enjoy al fresco dining watching the twinkling lights around the bay light up as the sun sets.

Pool

On the large sun terrace you will find elegant lounge sofas and a sun shade, sun loungers and of course, the pool.  The whole terrace sun bathing deck has been built with non-slip tiles and is child safe.  As you would expect, the pool faces the sea and surrounding hillside.

For those wanting to escape the sun, there is plenty of shade under the covered terrace area outside the lounge and kitchen.

The private gardens around the villa are lawned, well landscaped and fenced with the communal areas maintained and planted to a high standard.  There is private parking for two cars on the drive leading to the villa.

Communal Pool
A short walk (approx 20m) away from this villa is a large communal pool available to all guests of the development.

Beach - for beach lovers.  Less than a 10 min walk down hill is a sandy beach with loungers and shades which are available to the public for a small fee.

Transport/Airport Transfer - although the local Dolmus (minibus) service runs past the main entrance to the development, car hire is recommended to enable you to explore the towns and villages of the Bodrum Peninsula.  It takes approximately 6-8 mins to drive into Yalikavak in one direction and approximately 20 mins to the larger town of Turgutreis in the other.

Shop/Bakal - there is a small mini-market, shop (Bakal in Turkish) a short distance away.  You will find many of these dotted about and they are open late into the night.

Market - Each Thursday, Yalikavak hosts a large vendor's market with a range of fruit, vegetables, olives, cheeses, herbs and spices for sale on one side of the road and clothing, souvenirs etc on the other.  Worth a visit as its a very colourful sight.

Banks/supermarkets/petrol stations etc
Yalikavak (the nearest town/village) is a short drive away.  Here you will find several banks, Garanti & Finansbank are two good ones, these have ATMs.  Large supermarkets, Carrefour, Migros and Tansas can also be found on the outskirts of Yalikavak, whereas just outside Bodrum (Ortakent area) there is a very large Kipa (Tesco) and next door, Metro (Makro) cash and carry - visitors can apply for a day pass for the latter.
Local shops (mini markets or Bakals as they are known in Turkey) can be found almost everywhere and are open late at nights.

Petrol stations - again in Yalikavak near the large supermarkets above or on the main road out of Yalikavak to Bodrum.
