Situated towards the 'fish restaurant' area of Yalikavak. Less than 5 mins drive into the centre of village.

This family holiday villa boasts an excellent view of Yalikavak Marina and the Aegean sea.  From its private 'swim up' style pool, you can gaze across and take in the view of the surrounding area.

It has light, bright and airy open plan living and sleeping accommodation spread over three floors.  In total there are 4 bedrooms (plus another bed available in the feature room at the top of the villa), 4 bathrooms, modern kitchen at entrance level, plus additional kitchen at pool level and TV room.

The entrance door opens up into the large, open plan L shaped kitchen, dining and living room.  The fully equipped kitchen is at one end and has a range of fitted base and cupboard units, large freestanding fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven an hob.  There is crockery, cutlery, utensils, glassware etc for 10.  An island unit separates the kitchen from the dining area which has a large table and chairs. 

Sliding doors open onto a balcony where you can relax and admire the views.  The lounge seating area has a sofa and two chairs, TV, DVD player and a fire place- not that you will need that during the summer months!

The master bedroom has and en-suite bathroom with corner bath, fabulous views and sliding doors opening onto a patio overlooking the town and sea.  3 Further double bedrooms either have an en-suite shower room (and views) or a shower room just outside the room.  The 5th bedroom is in a mezzanine room towards the top of the villa.  This room has a single bed but is so spacious, it could easily accommodate a double bed or another single if extra bed space is required.

The villa has a private infinity pool and sun bathing area and small, private garden.  The pool is unusual as it almost touches the villa itself and is accessed through sliding doors at the lower ground floor.  At this level, there  is a small kitchen, utility area and further lounge seating.  Ideal for pool side dining and BBQing.

Because of the close proximity of the pool to the villa, it may not be suitable for small children who cannot swim.
