Professional presentation of your property on a state of the art web site with good quality internal and external photo’s and other useful information specifically about your property which makes it stand out from the pack. As we are based on Bodrum Peninsula we are able to visit all the properties we market, and we make sure we get to know them well. We offer properties for rental ranging from Short Term (weekly) to Long Term (up to one year).

As a signed up rental client we give you access to an interactive booking calendar which allows you to: - Management of property bookings
- Define your pricing by period and allows you to decide the dates for your high, mid and low seasons.
- Allows you to make bookings and reservations from all your sources – including other web sites.
- When you classify your property as available in our calendar, your potential clients can go ahead and reserve the property knowing it’s available and within 72 hours after agreement their booking will be confirmed. This allows your clients to go ahead and make provisional reservations for flights etc. with minimum hassle.
