Apart from the owner, Peninsula Villa Care are deemed to be the sole key holder for your property and as such in order to help ensure security regarding your keys we have produced guidelines on the delivery and handling of them.

Should you the owner, request that the keys are to be handed to a third party then please email us with your instructions, detailing the purpose, to whom and the duration.

Please ensure that (if applicable) you provide us with the security system details along with the contact details of the security company.
